If you are contacting the governors because you have a complaint about the school, please first check our complaints policy and flow-chart in the 'Key Information' section and ensure that you are following it.  It is very important that all parties involved follow the policy so that the complaint can be dealt with fairly. Governors can not be involved or given information until the complaint has reached their stage.
